Q: Why does my order take 2-3 days to process before shipping? A: To protect our shopping community and minimize Credit Card (CC) fraud, our payment security system individually verifies orders flagged with potential risks. Additionally, during peak seasons or high-demand collection drops, our quality control team inspects every garment individually (checking stitching, zippers, and buttons) to ensure you receive flawless pieces. We deeply appreciate your patience.
Q: How will my clothing arrive?
Free Standard Shipping: Your garments will be neatly folded, placed in protective, dustproof apparel zip-bags, and shipped in our standard eco-friendly mailer bags. Note: Minor fabric creasing may occur during international transit, which can be easily resolved with a light steam or iron.
Priority Paid Shipping: Your items bypass the standard fulfillment queue, saving 2–3 days in processing time. Garments are packed with extra anti-crease layering and shipped in solid, water-resistant boxes to ensure your outfits arrive in runway-ready condition.
Q: When will I receive my tracking information? A: Immediately after placing your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation Email. Once our warehouse dispatches your package, a second email containing your Tracking Number and a direct tracking link will be sent. Please allow up to 48-72 hours for the logistics carrier to scan your package and update the tracking status on their portal.

Sizing & Address Modifications (The 12-Hour Window)
Because we strive to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible, we offer a 12-hour golden window after checkout for any changes. If you realized you ordered the wrong size, color, or entered an incorrect shipping address, please email our support team immediately at [email protected]. Once an order has been handed over to our shipping carriers, no modifications or cancellations can be made.
Backorders & Seasonal Drops
We cannot guarantee that every size and trending style will be in stock at all times. If an item you ordered is on backorder due to high demand, our team will contact you via email within 24 hours. We will offer you the choice of a substitute style/size, an estimated restocking timeline, or a full reimbursement in lifetime store credits or your original payment method.
Delays Beyond Our Control
While we do everything in our power to ensure on-time delivery, estimated arrival dates are not strictly guaranteed. Your package may experience unforeseen transit delays due to:
Severe weather conditions affecting international aviation cargo.
Delivery addresses located outside major metropolitan hubs (e.g., remote regional postal codes).
Customs clearance checks and inspections in your destination country.
Peak holiday logistics congestion (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas).
Delivery Guarantee
Your apparel order is fully insured during transit. Please ensure you provide a safe, secure delivery location and that your local contact details are accurate. If a courier company is unable to deliver your parcel after multiple attempts because it was left unclaimed or the address was incorrect, the parcel may be abandoned or returned to our overseas warehouse at the customer’s expense.
